Over Eighty secure car parking spaces around the building are available free of charge to Business Hub clients.
Located on the N56 Business Park Road, the Business Hub can be easily accessed from all directions in the North West. Long traffic jams and limited parking is not a problem at the Business Hub.
The Business Hub is a new state-of-the-Art facility offering clients a range of accommodation solutions. The building is universally accessible and fully compliant with all building, fire, health and safety regulations. A passenger lift provides universal access to offices and training rooms on the first floor.
The Business Hub is fully compliant with Government and HSE Covid-19 guidelines and recommendations. Access and exit to the building are provided through different exits and wall mounted hand-gel dispenser units are located through the building. The recommended physical distancing requirements are achievable in all the training rooms and offices.
All training rooms, meeting rooms and offices are equipped with a modern air conditioning heating and cooling system. Clients can control the individual room temperature in offices or training room using the wall mounted control systems.
The Business Hub training rooms and meeting rooms are equipped with the Ceiling Mounted LCD projectors and wall mounted White Boards. Other AV equipment or teaching aids, such as Flip Charts, are available on request.
There are a number canteens located throughout the building. Business Hub clients can use these canteens for basic food preparation and serving of tea, coffee, refreshments or other lunch options.
